1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update. You can also track your order anytime by clicking here.

4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. See our full Return Policy for details.

5. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for help.

7. Do you plan to release more products?
Yes, Grey Sector™ will be expanding the product line beyond our first drops. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated.

8. What sizes do you carry?
We currently offer sizes S–XL. Size availability may vary by drop, so check product pages for details.

9. How do I care for my Grey Sector™ apparel?
For best results, machine wash cold and hang dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve performance features.

10. Are your products unisex?
Yes, Grey Sector™ apparel is designed with a modern, performance fit that works for both men and women.

11. What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
Contact us immediately at greysector.co@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

12. Do you restock sold-out items?
Not always. Many Grey Sector™ drops are limited runs. If something sells out, it may not return, so we recommend grabbing your size early.

13. Do you offer discounts for groups or teams?
We do consider bulk/team orders. Contact us directly to discuss your needs.
